Not anymore with the help of the Ironing Sanfor Machine.
The cloth is charged with electrostatic because of the frictions on pulling cylinder and hot ironing on felt. High static electric current can cause stopping of machine continuously for short periods which will affect the machine's electronic hardware to be harmed.
For solution of this problem, H&O anti-static bars are installed at both surfaces of the product because it will neutralize the static electric charge on the surface of the product.
